Welcome to the Victorian Homing Association
- The Victorian Homing Association (VHA) was the first racing pigeon organisation established in Victoria (Established in 1900). It is committed to the welfare, breeding and racing of pigeons and all members are required to comply with the Victorian Code of Practice for Keeping and Racing Pigeons. This Code of Practice is available on the Victorian Racing Pigeon Body (VRPB) website.
- The VHA is run by an executive which includes the President, Secretary and Treasurer who act on behalf of the members under its rules and regulations within its constitution.
- They hold monthly meetings where both the executives and delegates vote on all financial expenditure, determine the line of flight for future races and any other matters brought to them for consideration.

BASKETTING NIGHTS FOR THE FINAL 3 RACES (2 X 500 miles & 600 miles) WILL BE ON A WEDNESDAY NIGHT (NO LATER THAN 8PM) . THE SECOND 500 MILE RACE, THE BIRDS WILL BE TRANSPORTED IN A UNIT.·
A SQUEAKER OR FLOWN BIRD SALE ON SUNDAY 18TH JANUARY @ NOTTINGHILL WILL BE CONDUCTED SIMILAR TO LAST YEAR WITH ALL PROCEEDS GOING TOWARDS 2026 TRANSPORT. WE ARE INVITING ALL VHA MEMBERS TO DONATE YOUNG ONES OR FLOWN PIGEONS. PLEASE SUPPORT THIS AS YOU, THE MEMBERS WILL BENEFIT FROM THE SALE WITH CHEAPER RATES NEXT YEAR.
PRESENTATION NIGHT WILL BE AT THE SANDOWN GREYHOUNDS ON THURSDAY 11TH DECEMBER. ENTRY IS FREE & FINGER FOOD SUPPLIED. BAR AVAILABLE. VHA RAFFLE WILL BE DRAWN.
