The pigeons entered to compete in the National Distance Flying Club's race from Glendambo were released at 7.15 am. When liberated the birds grouped up and left then returned, circled a few times, and left again and were out of sight in 4 minutes. Conditions at the race point were cool, fine and sunny with a 10 knot SW wind. The SW wind is expected most of the way changing to W & NW in some parts. Clocked pigeons should be reported to Godfrey Stevens on 0425 753 620. GOOD LUCK
